PC4 will accept returned products and components, originally sold by PC4, for service or exchange, in keeping with sales and warranty terms. Returned Materials must be authorized in advance.

Upon receipt of the RMA form by PC4, you will be contacted with a RMA Number and authorized to return the materials. Thank you.
